On-line personal training: $80/hour
What you’ll get:
- To begin I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire so I may get an understanding of any injuries, health problems and list of medications (if any). I will also assess the area in your home you will be training and make recommendations for equipment purchases (if required).
- Together, we will review your fitness goals and discuss a plan to achieve them.
- We will perform some standard physical fitness tests to understand your current physical condition. These include sit and reach, push up and squat tests.
- After I have completed the initial assessment I will review all the information gathered and build out a plan to meet you goals within your physical and home limitations.
- Together, we will review the plan and discuss how many days a week to exercise and address any concerns or questions you may have.
Training Sessions – 60 minutes
Our on-line training sessions will include a 5 minute warm up, 50 minute session and 5 minute cool down/stretch.
Check-Ins and Follow-Ups
After each session, I will check-in to ensure you are recovering well and answer any questions you have.
