Personal Training - On-line

Let me help you meet your fitness goals from the comfort of your own home with a personalized training plan. No equipment? No worries. I’ll get some for you. 

On-line personal training: $80/hour

What you’ll get:

Initial Assessment

  • To begin I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire so I may get an understanding of any injuries, health problems and list of medications (if any). I will also assess the area in your home you will be training and make recommendations for equipment purchases (if required).
  • Together, we will review your fitness goals and discuss a plan to achieve them.
  • We will perform some standard physical fitness tests to understand your current physical condition. These include sit and reach, push up and squat tests.

Plan Preperation

  • After I have completed the initial assessment I will review all the information gathered and build out a plan to meet you goals within your physical and home limitations.
  • Together, we will review the plan and discuss how many days a week to exercise and address any concerns or questions you may have.

Training Sessions – 60 minutes

Our on-line training sessions will include a 5 minute warm up, 50 minute session and 5 minute cool down/stretch.

Check-Ins and Follow-Ups

After each session, I will check-in to ensure you are recovering well and answer any questions you have.

Personal training west Toronto

Personal Training - In-home

Often working out at home is a preferred option and I’m happy to come to you. All of the steps listed for on-line training will apply and I can bring equipment to you.

In-home personal training: $80/hour

Personal Training - In-studio

If you’re looking for a west-end Toronto fitness studio that is not intimidating and beautifully designed, I can train you there. We’ll use all the equipment this studio has to offer.

Studio personal training: $100/hour

Fitness Classes – On-line

Missing group fitness classes? Me too. That’s why I have created virtual classes that run live several times per week. These classes include cardio and strength training and range from 45 – 60 minutes in length. Contact me for times/days.

Have a small group that would love their own classes at times that suit them? I hear you and I can develop a class specifically for your group.
