Hi, I’m Jo-Anne Sheffield. Welcome.
I became a Personal Trainer because I LOVE fitness. Everything about it.
The sound of my shoes on the pavement, the smell of the gym, the feel of the weights and the results working out brings. And training my clients and seeing them reach their goals gives me immense satisfaction.
I also LOVE running. I used to call myself an avid runner.
Now I call myself an obsessed runner. I challenge myself to run one marathon per year and several half marathons and smaller races throughout the year. As you can tell, I’m goal driven.
My personal training philosophy is to listen to my clients regarding their goals, injuries, set-backs and achievements and then develop a focused training plan unique to them. Nothing cookie cutter here.
